Omaha Deck Builder · My Story

Low Maintenance Decking, With Clear Costs

I help you choose composite or PVC decking with an itemized quote and financing options through Acorn Finance.

I started Deck Bros after seeing homeowners left guessing about prices, schedules, and the work happening in their own yards. As a second-generation builder, I wanted a different experience for my customers. That starts with explaining what your low maintenance decking project includes before you commit.

I install Trex and TimberTech composite decking and AZEK PVC decking, with attention to the structure beneath every board. I use Simpson Strong-Tie hardware and proper ledger flashing, which helps keep water out where the deck meets your home. The structure deserves the same care as the finish.

I put clear pricing and steady communication at the center of each project. I make sure you have a dedicated project manager, guidance on permits and HOA requirements, and updates when the schedule changes. I expect crews to protect your yard and siding and clean the site daily. If something falls short, I take responsibility for making it right.

I also offer financing through Acorn Finance. You can review available rates, repayment terms, and monthly payments before deciding how to fund your deck.

I had a great experience with Deck Bros! Blake and his crew did an excellent job replacing my porch posts and rails. The new composite-wrapped posts and aluminum railings look great! The crew arrived when they said they would, completed the entire job in just half a day, and left everything clean when they were finished. They were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Deck Bros to anyone looking to upgrade their porch or deck!

I highly suggest using Deck Bros.. for several reasons. - knowledgeable employees such as Blake and Omar really ensured details were considered. I had two built - an extension to my front porch and a deck off my kitchen. They followed my plans to a T and went beyond. The cost… I bid this project out to at least 6 different companies over 10 years and the costs were always between 30k - 50k just for the back deck alone — I paid half of that for both decks. The quality of labor was 1000% The quality of product (wood) 10000% The customer service was 100000%

We are very satisfied with the work done at our home. Blake ,Dave Olander ,and the whole work crew , made the experience so enjoyable. From the beginning , we were kept aware of timing of the job and what the whole process would involve. The job site was kept neat and tidy and made sure we could still get in and out of our garage. The workmanship is top notch. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you Deck Bros.

Deck Brothers did a great job installing composite decking, new railing & installing a privacy wall to block the sun. Eric went a step ahead in adding blocking underneath the deck to prevent birds nesting under the deck. Area cleaned after install. Extremely satisfied! You want to have these guys do your deck work!!

Update: despite some communication issues through the project, these guys are good on their word! The issues I had mentioned below with the trash and debris were picked up and they were kind enough to go the extra mile to build the retaining wall for me. Thank you to Treigh for stepping in and making it all better! Original post: I know I’m “supposed to” leave a great review, and if my issues are fixed, I will be happy to edit this, but as of right now, I’m pretty unhappy. The patio and stairs under my deck look excellent! I’m very happy with the work that was done. However the mess that was left is unacceptable. My lawn is destroyed in multiple spots. A sprinkler next to the project was run over and knocked crooked. I asked my project manager to fix that and was ignored. They left a pile of trash in my yard and have yet to come collect it. I was told this whole project from start to finish would take 3 days, but we’re on day 6 and as far as I’m concerned, I need grass replaced where it was damaged, the sprinkler fixed, and the garbage removed (plus the grass replaced where the pile of garbage was left), so it’s not completed yet. I sent a text to who I think is my current project manager (I was never given a business card so I’m not entirely sure) and it was ignored. I tried calling that number but there is no voicemail set up. Accurate protect timelines were not at all communicated, and there have been 3 separate teams at my house all blaming the other for the mess. I tried to fix the sprinkler myself this morning and was left defeated and covered in mud. I need to build up a retaining wall and can’t do that until the sprinkler is fixed. I’m a spouse of a deployed service member in a city alone, thousands of miles from family. My project manager knows that my husband is deployed. This whole experience has left me frustrated and feeling defeated.
